Dr. Melillo specializes in general podiatry, podiatric surgery, and pediatric foot care. He treats conditions such as plantar fasciitis, bunions, flat feet, and tendon disorders. His expertise includes bunion correction, ingrown toenail procedures, and advanced treatments like shockwave therapy, for which he is particularly well known.
Dr. Melillo’s path to podiatry was influenced by his father, a podiatrist who served as a strong role model. Seeing the impact his father had on patients inspired him to pursue a career focused on helping people stay active and healthy. He was also drawn to the specialty for its ability to restore mobility and meaningfully improve quality of life.
At Northwest Extremity Specialists’ Tigard Oleson and West Linn offices, Dr. Melillo enjoys building relationships with patients and understanding their lives beyond their symptoms.
